Author Biography

JP Ishaq is the creator of the Mourning Star series. Born and raised in Vermont, he inherited his love of storytelling from his grandfather's tales of genies and bandits. He began to write at a young age, first as a hobby and then as a passion. After completing his studies in molecular genetics at the University of Vermont, he entered the tech industry. Vermont is still his base of operations, and he's hard at work on the next Mourning Star novel.
