Author Biography
After an extended tour of overseas duty with the U.S. Army, more than fifteen years as a highly successful owner-operator for a major moving company, and experience as a rancher, Don Sammons purchased a convenience store and fuel station along I-80 between Cheyenne and Laramie, Wyoming. Over the next twenty years, he turned the Buford Trading Post into an internationally recognized TOWN. Buford, population 1, became world famous as America's smallest town. Sammons sold his town by means of an Internet auction in April 2012, and is presently consulting with the new owners of the property to help them reach their goals for turning Buford into an international distribution center for Vietnamese coffee products. Sammons is available for media interviews, motivational speaking, and business consulting at www.bufordtradingpost.com.
