Born in Laos and raised in Auburn, WA, Von is an alumni of the University of Washington where she earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in American Ethnic Studies and earned her MBA in E-Business from Westwood College.

Von lives in Washington with her husband, daughter, and dog.
