by Marie Dunn (Author)

A classified FBI file is breached, and ISIL is claiming credit online. Murderous threats besiege Washington, DC from all directions-one family already murdered in their beds. The Assistant Director Bill Carr and his Special Assistant Jessica Murphy are the only two who have accessed the file. They must work together 24/7 to find the source of the breach, while their distrust for one another builds, along with the case. The life and death stakes escalate when their families are targeted. The Assistant Director's wife disappears after Jessica is tasked with moving her to a safe location. Suspicion and tempers explode while the ISIL plot spins out of control around them. Lana sneers at them from behind the anonymity of her burqa and uses the stolen information to devise an ISIL plot against DC. She is proud to be among the first females chosen to bring jihad to America. Cal, a Georgetown student, unknowingly opens his heart and home to Lana while she implements a plan to terrorize DC. But what she didn't plan...were her feelings. Today is the day. The plot is in place, and it is too late to turn back now.
