Transformation is coming to all businesses over time and it is important to be ahead of the change curve. His background is in Corporate Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions, Marketing, Sales and Operations. He has held positions as well at large companies like Siemens and startups like Red Condor. Jim has a passion for Youth Sports and was a certified coach for Baseball, Soccer and Flag Football. He has served as an endowment Board Member for the Masters in Engineering program at Sonoma State University. This program was the first Engineering program North of the Golden Gate Bridge and is a public-private partnership to grow the High Technology in the North Bay.
