Author Biography

John Hansen is a lifetime bodybuilding fan and competitor. He attended his first Mr. Olympia contest at 14 years old and began competing in bodybuilding at 16. John won the Natural Mr. Universe contest three times and won the first Natural Mr. Olympia contest. He is the author of the book Natural Bodybuilding and was a columnist for IronMan Magazine for 14 years.
