James D. Kirkpatrick, Ph.D. is a Senior Consultant for Kirkpatrick Partners. He presents workshops and consults for Fortune 500 companies around the world. He is the co-author of three books with his father, Don, and two books, Training On Trial and Kirkpatrick Then and Now, with his wife, Wendy. Wendy Kayser Kirkpatrick is the president of Kirkpatrick Partners. She is a certified instructional designer who conducts seminars and consults for companies that want to create, demonstrate, and measure value. She is co-author of Training On Trial and Kirkpatrick Then and Now with her husband, Jim.
